 The training modules are aimed at all participants as they are adapted depending on the level. You can join in when you enroll. The subjects covered will be climbing or crawling with rope, self-rescue and spring waters, equipment. The courses will have different duration and will be taught on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Sport practice that involves following the course of a river or stream through a gorge, combining swimming and caving techniques, overcoming the natural obstacles in the route
This workshop aims to acquire the basic knowledge to move forward with rope safely, with confidence, using the techniques of vertical drop following the course of a river

This workshop aims to acquire the basic knowledge to help a fellow at risk during the vertical move forward in a descent of a canyon or gorge
 Duration 6h- Equipment needed: full wetsuit, suitable footwear, helmet, harness, safety link, abseil rack figure-of-eight, and anchor rack
- Requirements: workshop aimed at people who master the techniques of progression in vertical descent of canyons and gorges and want to learn techniques of self-rescue
- You must know the key lock of abseil rack figure-of-eight

This workshop aims to acquire the basic skills necessary to progress safely in a canyon or gorge with abundant flow of water, both in the vertical move forward and in the horizontal progression

- Requirements: workshop aimed at people who master the techniques of progression in vertical descent of canyons and gorges and want to expand their knowledge in living waters

Caving
| Discovery in Caving |
|
The word 'speleology' comes from the union of two Greek words: spelaion that means 'cave' and logo meaning 'study' or 'treaty', so speleology is "the study of caves"
In this workshop, you will discover and know what lies beneath the earth: halls, galleries, rivers, lakes, stalactites and stalagmites formation ... Inaccessible places to most people. It is an ideal place to take spectacular photographs
Caving is a team sport, you can make good friends
The workshop will be held in a cavity with a horizontal path, without pits or important projections and having spectacular formations
Formation of cavities, speleogenesis and vadose processes will be explained. Living beings found in the cavities and the characteristics of the environment where they live will be explained too

This workshop aims to acquire the basic knowledge to aid a fellow at risk during a vertical drop
 Duration 4h- Equipment needed: comfortable clothing, helmet, harness, safety link, anchor rack, abseil (stop), fist blocker, belly blocker
- Requirements: workshop aimed at people who master the vertical caving progression techniques and want to know self-rescuing techniques
- They should know the key lock of the abseil and the maneuver of swing around
- Price 15€
